Statement of claims examination results in 2013

Slovak Parcel Service s. r. o., Senecká cesta 1, 900 28 Ivanka pri Dunaji pursuant to Act No. 324/2011 on Postal Services hereby announces that in year 2013 has accepted 2 206 claims. 1 798 claims from those received were accepted with the cause being mainly damage, loss or late delivery of shipment.

Remaining 408 claims were denied mainly due to improper or unfitting packaging of shipments or due to wrong specifications provided by senders of shipments.
