we have launched a new electronic system to solve your requirements. Communication regarding all shipments is only possible via the electronic forms, which you will find in the newly created section „My Shipment“ , on the following link: https://www.sps-sro.sk/en/my-shipment.html

you will find there forms for track and trace, to report damaged package, to report discrepancies in the provided services and search for a package.

To correctly solve the problem, you need to know the shipment number and the receiver’s ZIP code or the Customer’s ID.

By switching to the electronic communication system, we are saving your time and improving our procedures for faster processing of your shipments.
